Alice From The Brady Bunch Dies At 88

The actress who played Alice on The Brady Bunch Died this weekend at the age of 88. Reports from CNN state that Ann B. Davis, fell and struck her head on Saturday which resulted in a subdural hematoma, from which she never regained consciousness. The New York born actress rose to fame on The Bob Cummings Show, but will always be remembered for her role as the funny housekeeper, Alice on the 70’s television series The Brady Bunch.

After the series was cancelled, Ann returned throughout the years for Brady Bunch return shows and specials, as well as appearing in TV commercials. She was never married, spending most of her years outside of the limelight doing volunteer work for her church. Ms. Davis was an Emmy award winner and has a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.

Fans will remember her quirky looks, comedic timing and of course her on show love interest, Sam the Butcher. Those were the days!
