Man of Steel’s Henry Cavill Is Now ‘The Man From U.N.C.L.E’ (Trailer)

British actor Henry Cavill, who played the Man Of Steel in the highest grossing Superman film to date, moves up to secret agent in The Man From U.N.C.L.E.

Directed by Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes), the movie is based off of the 1960’s television series of the same name. Cavill will play American spy Napoleon Solo, in a role that was first pegged for Tom Cruise.

Joining the buff Cavill is another actor famous for playing a superhero of sorts. Armie Hammer, who starred as the masked avenger in the movie The Lone Ranger, plays Russian spy Illya Kuryakin in The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Which means we have a British guy playing an American and an American playing a Russian.

The film will join the new Bond film Spectre due out in November and the newly released Kingsman: The Secret Service for what is becoming a popular genre this year in theaters. Similar to Bond and actually somewhat created by Ian Flemming, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. is a little less brutal and movie goers should expect alot more humor.
