The French born actress plays Madeleine Swann in the new Bond film, a love interest of the famous spy. She shared with EDIT what it was like being part of such a big movie franchise.

On her character, Madeleine Swann:
I think she is distinct from all the others. She’s not really a Bond girl – she’s a real character. I made her mine. When you’re acting, it’s always personal. It’s about yourself, in a way.

Working with Spectre’s director Sam Mendes:
“They are great films. Sam Mendes is a very intelligent director, and it’s always nice to work with intelligent people. But he is instinctive, too, so he has the head and the heart.”

All those beautiful locations:
“It was quite beautiful up there, but the mountains were really high, which I hate. What was more incredible was shooting in Morocco, in a sandstorm in the Sahara. We had goggles, we were walking in the sand and [laughing] because it was so funny, but also so amazing. It was that feeling of something that surpasses us.”

A child of a prominent Paris family that includes several CEO’s, chariman and acquaintances like Mick Jagger, Seydoux explained that her childhood was “Privileged in some ways, but not in others…”. Most of us wouldn’t say that after having shoe designer, Christian Louboutin not only as a family friend, but present at our birth.

Talking on the famous French designer’s response to her Hollywood rise, she states, “For him, I was always just the little blond baby. I think he was surprised by my success. Astonished by it.”

Showing her fun side, the beautiful Léa took some time to share her favorite emoji’s, in the video below.
