LA’s Band MAGIC Debut “Rude” Video & Certify Gold In Australia

Los Angeles based band, MAGIC, will help you slip away to a Caribbean Island in your mind this winter, with the release of their reggae infused, debut pop song, “Rude”. As of today the bands first single has just been certified Gold in Australia, where it’s risen to the top of the charts. The catchy track received its proper wrapping this week in its official music video, which shows the struggle of a young man pushing for a fathers blessing, in taking his daughters hand in marriage. Addictive after the first round of its catchy hook.

MAGIC is made up of the Canadian foursome Mark Pelli, Ben Spivak, lex Tanas and lead singer Nasri Atweh. Nasri is well known in the music world, as the second member of the Grammy award winning songwriting/production team, The Messengers. Having worked with artists such as Justin Bieber, Pitbull, Christina Aguilera, Iggy Azalea, Chris Brown, JoJo, Jason Derulo, Cody Simpson and more, its no wonder the group have experienced Gold on their first outing.

‘Rude’ is fun, catchy and you can’t help but love the way Nasri dances about as he sings. It’s the perfect song to get in your playlist now for next summer and a great escape through the winter months. MAGIC have experience and an eye for hits in their frontman and a chemistry and sound that’s sure to grab the attention of music lovers here in the States in the year ahead.
