Hilary Duff In Studio With Ed Sheeran For Musical Comeback

Twenty-six year old singer and actress Hilary Duff, sent the internet a talking May 14th after posting a photo of her and Ed Sheeran in a recording studio. The caption stated, “Soooo this happened and was pretty cool. [email protected] recording tonight”. Whatever song their working on together will be added to Duff’s comeback record expected sometime this fall. It will be her fifth studio album and the first in seven years, with the anticipated “Breathing Room” lead single dropping this Spring.

Along with the close up of her and the UK hit singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran, Duff included a snap with song writers Sean Douglas (Demi Lovato) and former One Republic member Jerrod Bettis (Adele), with whom she spent several hours writing new material.

Earlier in April, Duff posted an image of herself with yet another famous pair of writers, Toby Gad (Beyonce’, Fergie,One Direction) and Lindy Robbins (Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato) with the caption “Chocolate #espresso #high we really know how to get crazy in the studio song #2“. With such talent at her side, especially current superpower Sheeran, fans should expect good things to come.

Fans of her former Disney show Lizzie Mcguire and previous records are of course, a lot older and even response to her last record (2007) seemed to show the effects of that truth to some degree. It means that Hilary will have to return with the goal of establishing a new fan base, in an ever changing musical atmosphere. The songwriter power is definitely present and with all her former records being certified Gold or Platinum the ability is proven. The next big step will be the release of that first single.

One thing is for sure, we don’t plan on the duo with Ed to be a flop – ginger’s on a roll!
