ABC’s New Year’s Eve With Ryan Seacrest Proved Star Studded With One Direction, Taylor, Iggy and More.

If you chose to set your new year’s celebration at home, gathered around the flat screen this year, then hopefully you picked Dick Clark’s Primetime New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest on ABC. With performances from most of the top musical artist today, ABC’s new year’s event proved star studded with One Direction, Taylor Swift, Iggy Azalea and many more.

Creating a network of New Year’s celebrations from coast to coast, Ryan Seacrest headed up the events from Times Square in New York, while Fergie hosted the Billboard Hollywood Party in LA. Taylor Swift braved the cold temperatures in Times Square for her performances, while One Direction took the stage in LA with several songs that included, “Steal My Girl” and “Night Changes”.

The list didn’t stop their either, Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX got “Fancy“, “All About The Bass” singer Meghan Trainor performed, as well as Florida Georgia Line, Magic!, Idina Menzel, Elton John, and even streams from Nashville by Lady Antebellum and Gavin DeGraw. Newcomers in 2014 like Ella Henderson, Bastille, and the re-invented Nick Jonas were also part of the Dick Clark New Year’s Eve celebration that continued from the west coast.

Jenny McCarthy worked the streets of Time Square, interviewing those in attendance and of course finishing the night off with a kiss from her husband Donnie Wahlberg.
